About me

I’m Kevin Green, Principal Broker at Works Real Estate, and while I could rattle off stats, credentials, and shiny accomplishments, let’s be real: none of that matters if you’re working with someone who doesn’t give a damn. Luckily, I do.

I’m a man of faith, a husband, a dad, and then a Realtor — in that order. My Christian faith keeps me grounded and reminds me daily to strive to be better; a better man, a better husband to my incredible wife Natasha, a better father to our amazing daughters Madeline and Claire, and a better guide and advocate for my clients. I’m far from perfect and I fall short all the time (don’t we all?), but I try to show up with integrity, patience, and a heart to serve, in business and in life.

My wife Natasha and I have been married for 19 years, and I wouldn’t be the man I am without her. She’s been my partner through every chapter — from Portland to Denver to Seattle and back again — cheering me on, keeping me grounded, and even lending her marketing skills to help elevate my real estate business. (She’s now a licensed private investigator, which makes her support even more… thorough. Kidding! Kind of, haha!)

Together, we have two daughters I could brag about for hours, Madeline and Claire. Madeline is sharp, compassionate, and determined, with dreams of becoming a pediatric brain surgeon. Claire’s a creative firecracker, who can do anything she sets her mind to, right now she wants to be a veterinarian, but that’s when she’s not practicing to be a singer, pianist, influencer, and future movie star. They’re both smart, strong, and beautiful (most of that thanks to their mom), and they’re thriving in school here in Beaverton. Watching them grow has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

Our household is full, and not just with love. We have three dogs, a fat cat named Dash (totally oxymoron), and a bearded dragon that I’ve agreed to tolerate. I’m just not a reptile guy, no matter how much Maddie tries to convince me otherwise.

When I’m not helping clients or doing my best dad/husband impressions, you’ll find me at the gym trying to keep up with the 20-somethings on the basketball court (pray for my knees), or out on the golf course looking for the ball I just sliced into the woods.

Professionally, I bring more than 20 years of experience in customer service, management, sales, and negotiation to the table — with over 12 years specifically in real estate. I’ve worked in multiple markets, been a part of countless deals, and learned that buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction — it’s a life decision.
