đ¤ âI didnât want to bother youâŚâ
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard that or something along the lines of:
âWeâre not quite ready yet.â
âWeâre still deciding what to do.â
âWe just started looking online.â
Look, I appreciate the politeness… but stop it. Youâre not bothering me. Youâre doing exactly what you should be doing. Youâre asking questions before doing something potentially life-altering, like buying or selling a damn house.
Buying or selling a home in Portlandâs crazy real estate market can be overwhelming. If you Google âhow to buy a house,â youâll find 42 million results, half of which contradict each other, and the other half were written by people who have never left their mom’s basement and don’t know what the fuck they’re talking about!
So instead of spiraling down a Zillow rabbit hole, reach out. Ask questions. DM me. Text me. I donât care. Iâd rather you âbotherâ me now before you end up DIY-ing your way into a financial disaster.
âď¸ âYou donât need to be pre-approved to grab coffee.â
If youâre thinking about buying next year, weâre not going on a 100-home marathon tour tomorrow. Iâm not strapping on a GoPro and sprinting through every listing in Portland like itâs Hood to Coast: Zillow Edition.
But what we can do is sit down over a cup of coffee (or a beer if you’d rather), and Iâll walk you through:
- How the home-buying process actually works in today’s market
- What to do if your credit needs a little TLC
- How timing, down payment, and location can all play together
- How to time your move without losing your mind
I can even loop in my lender for a soft pull (which doesnât hurt your credit) to see where you stand.
And we can take a look at a couple of homes so you get a sense of whatâs out there in Beaverton, Hillsboro, Portland, etc. I don’t expect you to be ready to buy tomorrow, let’s build a smart plan for when the time is right.
đ ď¸ âSelling? Cool. Letâs fix your sh*t before it hits the market.â
If youâre thinking about selling your home next spring (or next year, or when your kids finally move out), now is the time to call me.
Why? Because the time to figure out what needs fixing isnât two days before photos. Thatâs how you end up stress-sweating at Home Depot at 10PM, panic-buying mulch and beige paint like itâs going out of style.
When I walk through your home, Iâll give you the truth:
- Which repairs actually increase your homeâs value
- Which updates just make it sell faster
- And which projects are a total waste of your money and a perfectly good weekend
A small paint refresh or decluttering now can save you thousands later; especially in competitive neighborhoods like Progress Ridge, Cedar Hills, and Lake Oswego.
And yes, Iâll be honest about the pet smells, weird paint colors, or that âopen conceptâ wall you half-demoed a few years back. (I know some contractors who can fix that!)
đŹ âYouâre not a bother. Youâre my job.â
Letâs get one thing straight: helping people figure this sh*t out is literally my job.
I donât care if youâre buying next month, next year, or next Olympics, reach out!
Whether youâre in Portland, Beaverton, Tigard, Hillsboro, etc; Iâd rather sit down early, answer your questions, and make a plan that fits your timeline (and your budget).
And trust me, itâs way easier to help when I actually know where youâre at, and not when you call me from an open house asking if itâs âtoo late to write an offer.â
So yeah… bother me. DM me, text me, email me, send a carrier pigeon, or just yell from your front porch. Iâm here for it.
